Hi Reader,

In a recent podcast interview, the host asked me when my first spiritual experience with cannabis was. This took me back to the very first joint that I puffed - that very very first experience 14 yrs ago one evening

in my hammock in the garden.

After that, my focus was mostly on the medical aspects of Cannabis to help me sleep, manage anxiety, reduce pain and support overall wellbeing. But over the past few years, Cannabis + Spirituality has been seeping more and more into my awareness. I began to notice how much more I was connected to the Divine in me and started to hear more and more messages of hope and healing from the Divine. The Divine has been nudging me to share with you these windows of connection and hope through Cannabis Ceremonies.
